How it works.
- 01Confirm the scope
Start with an agreed release, assumptions and acceptance criteria.
- 02Build in slices
Design and engineering ship complete behaviours together.
- 03Test real states
Cover loading, failure, permissions, accessibility and smaller screens.
- 04Launch and hand over
Deploy, document and support agreed defects for 30 days.
What it does not cover.
- One focused release, not several products in one brief.
- New requirements change scope, price or timing.
- Round-the-clock support and large parallel squads need a different team.
Questions, answered.
- Is the price really fixed?
- Yes, after definition. The agreed scope, assumptions and acceptance criteria set the price.
- Who does the work?
- Cameron leads design and Joel leads engineering. You work with them throughout.
- Who owns the finished product?
- After full payment, bespoke work is assigned to you. QDev retains its existing tools and reusable IP.
- What does the launch warranty cover?
- For 30 days after acceptance, we fix defects against the agreed criteria. New requirements and third-party failures are outside it.
