How we handle your information.
We collect enough information to answer a project enquiry and understand how this site performs. We do not sell it, add it to a marketing list, or use advertising trackers.
Who is responsible
QDev is a trading name of QZee Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 12955704. Registered office: 20 Cradoc Road, Cardiff, Wales, CF14 1HQ. What we collect
If you use the project form, we receive your name, email address, project type, timing and message. Project type and timing are optional. Older form versions may also send company and buying-stage details. The form briefly uses your network address to limit automated abuse. If you email us directly, we receive the information in that email.
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights provide limited usage and performance information so we can understand aggregate traffic, page performance, and whether people reach an enquiry. We do not send names, email addresses, message contents, or other form-field values to analytics.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to reply, assess whether a project is a fit, scope requested work, and keep a record of the resulting business conversation. We use aggregate usage and performance information to improve the site and measure its effectiveness. The relevant bases are taking steps at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in running, protecting, and improving the studio website.
Where it goes
Vercel hosts the site and processes form submissions, usage and performance signals on our behalf. Successful project-form submissions are also relayed to QDev's private Slack workspace so Cameron or Joel can reply. Those suppliers process information for us under their data-protection, security, and international-transfer terms. We do not send enquiry data to advertising platforms or data brokers. How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry only as long as we need it to respond, decide whether to work together, manage any resulting project, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We delete or anonymise information when it no longer serves one of those purposes. Aggregate analytics and performance information is retained under the applicable Vercel service configuration and data-processing terms, which we review as those settings change.
Analytics, cookies, and local storage
The site uses Vercel's privacy-conscious analytics and performance tools, but does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If you change the light/dark theme, your browser stores that preference locally under qdev-theme so the site can remember it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, restrict or object to some uses, or ask for a portable copy where the law applies. Email cameroncalder@qzee.app or joelparfitt@qzee.app. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If this changes
We will update this page before adding advertising tracking or materially changing how analytics or the form are handled. A substantive change will get a new date at the top of the page.
